H.M.O.P.No.2155 of 2018 on the file of the VI Additional Family Court, Chennai.
2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that H.M.O.P.No.2155 of 2018 filed by the appellant for dissolution of marriage conducted between the appellant and respondent on 19.02.2016 was dismissed as withdrawn by the order dated 14.06.2022 and in view of the same, nothing survives in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
