2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in paragraph No.11 of the Order dated 07.02.2022, error has crept in, as much as, instead of stating that an adverse inference has to be drawn against the 'tenant', it has been wrongly mentioned as 'landlord'. Therefore, the said error is corrected and the corrected copy of the order shall be issued to the parties.
