O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to provide police protection for construction of compound wall on 23.09.2016.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that one Swaminathan is preventing him from putting up the compound wall around his house.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R. No.155 of 2016 and the same was closed on 31.10.2016.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate Civil Court.
