These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 39 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

2.Though notice has been served on the respondents 1 to 4 in C.M.P.No.14311 of 2020 and respondents 1 to 6 in C.M.P.No.14314 of 2020 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them either in person or through counsel.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 39 days is condoned and both the petitions are ordered.
