Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent in Memo.Ku.No.2719/2010/A4, dated 07.12.2010, and quash the same as illegal, unjust, arbitrary, discriminatory and unconstitutional and to direct the respondents to fix the seniority of the petitioner taking into account the date of his joining service as Salaipaniyalar as 01.12.1997 and to grant promotion to the petitioner as Road Inspector from the date of promotion given to his juniors with all consequential promotions with all service and monetary benefits in accordance with law and to pass such further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
