This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.9/2010 pending on the file of the 4th respondent to the 2nd respondent for investigation and further direct to complete the investigation within a stipulated period.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the complaint made by the defacto complainant has been closed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvannamalai and hence, nothing survives in this case for further adjudication.
