This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction Court as 'to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukovilur' instead of 'to the satisfaction of the Special Court for EC and NDPS Act, Chennai' in the order dated 21.04.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.9934 of 2026.

2. There is no serious objection raised by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, accordingly. The Registry is directed to make necessary amendment and to issue fresh order copy.
