When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the investigation in this case is completed and a final report has already been filed before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, on 24.09.2024 in e-Filing No. LTN20220002010C202400141.

3. The learned XIII Metroplitan Magistrate, Egmore shall do well to pass further orders in accordance with law on the final report at the earliest.
