ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondent for willfully disobeying and violating the orders of this Court in W.P.No.18349 of 2024 dated 11.07.2024.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 11.07.2024, directing the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 29.11.2023 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy the order, the respondent has disposed of the appeal filed by the petitioner. Hence, the respondent has not committed any willful disobedience. The above statement is taken on record.

3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
