Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 430 of BNSS, 2023 to grant leave for six days from 20.06.2026 to 25.06.2026 to the petitioner by Interim bail temporally passed by the Honble Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruvannamalai made in SC.No.179 of 2015 judgment dated 30.01.2024 and pass any order or orders as deemed to be fit and proper.

Government Advocate (criminal Side) Order (Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) This is a petition for interim bail for a period of six days between 20.06.2026 and 25.06.2026. The petition is filed by A3, who has been convicted on 30.01.2024 and is presently confined in Central Prison-I, Puzhal The son of A3 had unfortunately passed away in a road accident on 12.05.2026 and the authorities had permitted him to participate in the funeral on 13.05.2026. He now seeks interim bail for 6 days to participate in the connected ceremonies.

2. Mr.M.M.I.Khaleel, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent does not very seriously object to the prayer sought.

3. Hence, taking into account the circumstances narrated supra, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the convict is granted 6 days interim bail, though on the following conditions:

(i) Respondents are directed to release the Convict Prisoner viz., Moideen Abdul Kadhar, S/o.Syed Abdul Gani, aged 39 years, confined at Central Prison-1, Puzhal, Chennai on interim bail for a period of 6 days i.e., from 20.06.2026 to 25.06.2026 upon execution of a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, of whom, one should be a blood relative, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the

learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruvannamalai;

(ii) The convict prisoner and the sureties shall affix their photographs and Left Thumb Impression in the surety bond and the trial Court may obtain a copy of their Aadhar Card or Bank Pass Book and mobile number to ensure their identity;

(iii) The Convict Prisoner shall surrender before the Central Prison-1, Puzhal, Chennai on 26.06.2026 before 10.00 a.m.

(iv) The petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, T11 Somamangalam Police Station, Kanchipuram District every day at 05.00 p.m., during the period of interim bail.
