This petition is filed to relax the condition the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.17117 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24711 of 2024 same was granted on 05.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
