This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.6 (b) in Crl.O.P No. 13220 of 2024 dated 25.06.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6 (b) in Crl.O.P. No. 13220 of 2024 is modified as follows: 6 (b) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Only) to the credit of crime No. 19 of 2024 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such deposit, the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the same, on filing an undertaking affidavit and proper identification and acknowledgment.

4. Further, this Court is inclined to grant further two weeks time to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P No. 13220 of 2024. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
