This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 304 days in filing the appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.37705 of 2025 against the conviction and sentence imposed on 14.06.2024 in Spl.C.C.No.30 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 304 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
