This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner by an order dated 14.02.2020 to report before respondent police until further orders in Crl.M.P.No. 1983 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.32696 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation is almost completed and also the final report is likely to be filed in due course.

4. Recording the above submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.

side), this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
