ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.Challenging the legal heir certificate granted in favour of respondents 3 to 5, the petitioner has preferred an appeal dated 21.11.2022 to the 1st respondent. However, till date the same has not been disposed off. 3.Mr.A.Anandan, the learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents 1 and 2.

4.The 1st respondent is now required to dispose off the appeal dated 21.11.2022 after holding an enquiry in the matter within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of an online copy or the date on which the order is hosted in the official website, whichever is earlier.

5.This Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly with the above direction. No Costs.
