This petition has been filed to amend the cause title and prayer of the Crl.OP.No.12266 of 2024 order dated 11.06.2024 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and amend the prayer as therefore, it humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest by the Respondent in respect of Crime No.189 of 2024, on the file of the respondent.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Further, the time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
