ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- [This case has been heard through video conference] The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in execution of a Non Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Special Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under The Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 in C.C.No.2 of 2010 relating to Crime No.8 of 2003 registered for the offence punishable u/s 406 and 420 of IPC and under Section 5 of The Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 due to his non appearance on 04.12.2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, submitted that after full trial, the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial court by judgement dated 11.01.2021 from all the charges and therefore, the apprehension of arrest entertained by the petitioner in execution of NBW is unfounded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
