ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in execution of a Non Bailable Warrant issued by the Special Court under TNPID Act, Chennai in C.C.No.1 of 2010 relating to Crime No. 07 of 2003 registered for the offence punishable u/s 406 and 420 of IPC and under Section 5 of The Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 due to his non appearance on 04.12.2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, submitted that after full trial, the petitioner has been convicted by the trial court by judgement dated 22.01.2021 and therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
