of the petitioner payable under the Insurance Policy viz. accident policy No. 31980514202100 taken by the petitioner's husband Late Dr.Karthikeyan Raghupathi Raghavan together with interest at the rate of 18% from the date of petitioner's claim petition dated 11.03.2022 with costs and due compensation for the hardship caused to the petitioner. O R D E R

The learned counsel for the 1st respondent would submit that a decision has been taken to recall the rejection order and to settle the insurance amount to the petitioners.

2. Since the learned counsel for the 1st respondent made a submission that the insurance amount has been settled in favour of the petitioners, no further adjudication is required and therefore, the respondents are directed to settle as expeditiously as possible.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
