ORDER
This matter is listed under the caption for being mentioned' on a request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the very same day of the order passed by this Court in this petition, a memo was filed by the counsel for the petitioner before the Trial Court informing the Trial Court that this Court had disposed of this petition by issuing certain directions to the Trial Court with regard to the disposal of HMOP. No.221 of 2023. According to the learned
counsel for the petitioner, despite the said memo, the Trial Court had disposed of HMOP. No.221 of 2023 by allowing the same and granting the dissolution of marriage. However, the detailed order has not been made available to both the counsels till date and only the operative portion of the order is known to the petitioner.
3.In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed in HMOP. No.221 of 2023 has to be quashed by this Court. 4.Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to file a Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the order dated passed in HMOP. No.221 of 2023.
5.In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this Civil Revision Petition.
