This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 189 days in filing the criminal revision as against the order in Crl.M.P.No.621 of 2024 dated 02.09.2024 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Court, Dharmapuri.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 189 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
