This Petition has been filed to relax the condition "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders"

imposed in Crl.OP.No.28639 of 2022 dated 29.11.2022 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the case is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.28639 of 2022 dated 29.11.2022 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
