This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16750 of 2022 on 18.07.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily Morning at 10.30 a.m. and Evening at 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
