PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the Respondents to file a Final Report in the FIR dated 19.07.2018 registered in Crime No.287 of 2018 under Section 379 of IPC on the file of the Brahamadesam Police Station, Thiruvannamalai District, within a time frame fixed by this Court and to direct the Respondents to issue an "UNDETECTABLE CERTIFICATE" for the lost vehicle of the Petitioner.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents to file a Final Report in the FIR dated 19.07.2018 registered in Crime No.287 of 2018 under Section 379 of IPC on the file of the Brahamadesam Police Station, Thiruvannamalai District, within a time frame fixed by this Court and to direct the Respondents to issue an "UNDETECTABLE CERTIFICATE" for the lost vehicle of the Petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

said crime number on 19.07.2008, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of one month. 5.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
