ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a direction directing the District Collector, Dharmapuri to appoint Mr.R.Parthipan, Advocate (Ms No.1025/2011) as a Special Prosecutor to prosecute the case in S.C.No.06/2020 on the file of the Special Court under 2/5

SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act, Dharmapuri on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the relief sough for by the petitioner was already considered by the Government.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
