[IN CRL.MP.NO.6714 OF 2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.

KUMANARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioner / accused is directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on his appearance, he shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- without sureties. Thereafter, the petitioner shall give an undertaking that he will appear before the trial Court in the event of Crl.OP.No.12528 of 2018 being dismissed. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioner / accused before the trial Court is dispensed with, till the disposal of Crl.OP.No.12528 of 2018.
