W.P.No.21091 of 2023 W.P.No.21091 of 2023 N.SESHASAYEE, J., This case is posted today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner requires a modification in paragraph no.3 of the order of this Court dated 19.07.2023 and seeks a direction to the respondents to complete the inspection and then to dispose of the matter. 3.Paragraph 3 of the order dt.19.07.2023 will now read as below; "This Court now requires such of the respondents, who may have to cause an inspection while considering the pending representation of the petitioner, to give the petitioner an opportunity to cure any defect, if any found during inspection and take a decision on it within the framework of law, as expeditiously as possible."
