O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 30.01.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.01 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.101 of 2025 by the Principal Session Judge at Chennai directing the petitioner to deposit 20% of the compensation amount before the Trial Court to the credit of S.T.C.No.3051 of 2023 on the file of the XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore, Chennai, within sixty days from the date of the said order.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the and perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.06.2025, in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, this Court directed the petitioner to deposit 20% of the amount as ordered in the impugned order, before the learned Magistrate on or before 30.06.2025 and posted the matter today ie., 01.07.2025 for reporting compliance.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that said order of this Court dated 20.06.2025 has been complied with and he has also filed a memo to that effect along with acknowledgement of deposition of amount before the trial court. The same is recorded.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
