... Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking for an issuance of writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2025 and to revoke the petitioner's suspension order issued by the respondent herein in Roc.No.4524/2024/A1 dated 27.09.2024 within a limited time frame. ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2025 and to revoke the petitioner's suspension order issued by the respondent herein vide order dated 27.09.2024.

2.

The case of the petitioner is that, he was suspended from service vide order dated 27.09.2024 and almost for a period of more than nine months, he is out of service. In this connection, he sent representation dated 10.03.2025, seeking revocation of suspension and the said representation is pending with the respondent. Hence the present writ petition has been filed. 3.

Mr.R.U.Dinesh Rajkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondent would contend that the suspension order was issued based upon the complaint against the petitioner under the Prevention of Corruption Act and there is no public interest involved in revoking the suspension order. At the same time, he would fairly submit that, if any representation is pending, they would consider the same within a reasonable time.

4.

Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 5.

In view of the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2025 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with

law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
