Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner/1st Accused that he shall report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m. and evening 5.30 p.m. until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.15392/2019 dated.08.07.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NAGARAJAN S., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner/ 1st accused that he shall report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 a.m. and evening 5.30 p.m. until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.15392 of 2019 dated 08.07.2019 by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and evening 5.30 p.m. till 31.07.2019 and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
