ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10955 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026 directing the Petitioner to report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly without any violation since 15.05.2026 till date and hence, prayed to relax the condition.

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police, while opposing the petition for relaxation, would fairly submit that the petitioner has complied the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

4. Considering the submissions made on either sides, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10955 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall appear before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court, once in a week, at 10.30 a.m until further orders". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 16-06-2026 MJS
