This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners, based on the complaint of the complainant-M.Subramanian.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. On the complaint given by one Thenmozhi, petition enquiry is pending in Current Paper No.775 of 2018 and on the complaint given by one Subramani, petition enquiry is pending in Current Paper No.776 of 2018. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall cooperate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.
