This petition has been filed to pass an order of relaxation condition in para 7(b) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5471 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025.

2. This Court by order dated 04.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.5471 of 2025 the condition imposed in para 7(b) that "the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modifies the above condition to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the completion of the trial.
