O R D E R

This petition is filed to recall the order in C.R.P. (PD).585/2012, dated 17.9.2012 of this Court consequently withdraw and transfer the O.S.No.15 of 2013 now pending before the District Munsiff Court, Chengalpattu to the file of District Munsiff, Vandavasi.

2. In order to drag on the trial proceedings in OS No.15 of 2013, this Tr.CMP is filed, which is not maintainable. This is clear misuse and an abuse of the process of the Court. Hence Tr.CMP is dismissed as not maintainable.
