ORDER
By order dated 04.06.2024, the schedule was fixed for the examination of P.W.2. In those circumstances, these applications have been filed by defendants 1, 4, 5 and 6 to re-open the evidence of P.W.1 and to re-call P.W.1 for cross examination.
2. Learned counsel for the plaintiff has no objection to these applications being allowed.
3. In the affidavit in support of the applications, it is stated that the matter was posted before learned Additional Master No.I on 29.04.2024 for continuation of the cross examination of P.W.1. It is also stated that cross examination could not be concluded on the said date due to paucity of time. In these circumstances, these applications are liable to be and are hereby allowed as prayed for. Therefore, both parties are directed to submit a revised proposed schedule for recording further evidence on the next hearing date.
4. List the suit on 04.03.2026.
