Though this matter is not listed today but at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is taken up today under the caption for being mentioned.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that there is a change in the payment amount of balance retirement benefit in paragraph No.8 of the order dated 17.09.2019 in W.P.No.21533 of 2019, accordingly prays for appropriate orders.

3.Accepting the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the 8th paragraph of the order to be read as follows: "8.Accordingly, this court is of the opinion that the respondents shall pay Rs.6,01,781/- towards balance retirement benefits of the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

17.12.2019 kas Note: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections and issue a fresh order copy today (i.e 18.12.2019 ).
