(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15964 of 2020 dated 09.10.2020, directing him to report before the respondent Police Station every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditions till 23.11.2020 and thereafter he did not comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, the petition for modification stands dismissed for the present. The petitioner shall continue to comply with the conditions regularly in Crl.O.P.No.15964 of 2020 dated 09.10.2020.
