PRAYER: Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 & 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 18.02.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.136 of 2019 in S.C.No.73 of 2019 on the file of the learned Additional District Court, Dharmapuri and set aside the same by allowing this Criminal Revision Petition.

ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 18.02.2021 passed in Crl.M.P.No.136 of 2019 in S.C.No.73 of 2019 on the file of the learned Additional District Court, Dharmapuri and to set aside the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
