Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders of the Revision Application dated 22.03.2025 and consequently, fix the time frame dispose of the Revision Application as per the Circular vide N.A.Ka.R-1/2005632/2022 dated 17.07.2023 by the Commissioner, Land Administration, Chennai.

ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. In view of the order that this Court proposes to pass and also, the limited relief that is sought to be granted, notice to 5th respondent is dispensed with.
2. The relief sought in this writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's Revision Application dated 22.03.2025 as per the Circular dated 17.07.2023 bearing N.A.Ka.R-1/2005632/2022 issued by the Commissioner of Land Administration, Chennai.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a Revision Application dated 22.03.2025 before the 2nd respondent, seeking to include her name in the Patta Nos.597, 750, 755, 826, 267, 748, 635, 754, 597, 822 & 803 which were registered as Joint Patta in the name of petitioner's father and some others, but, the petitioner's Revision Application is not yet considered by the 2nd respondent.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2/5
respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the Revision Application dated 22.03.2025 filed by the petitioner would be considered and disposed of by the 2nd respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view thereof, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with the direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's Revision Application dated 22.03.2025 and dispose of the same, after issuing notice to the petitioner, 5th respondent, other legal heirs of Late Mr.Venkatramanalu Naidu, persons in whose names the Pattas have been changed and any other interested parties, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of uploading of the web copy of this order without waiting for the receipt of a certified copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's Revision Application on its own merits and in accordance with law.
