This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.237 of 2012 on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same. For Petitioner :

ORDER

Today, when this criminal original petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent police submitted that after the completion of investigation in Crime No.237 of 2012, the 1st respondent police filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and the said final report has been taken on file in C.C.No.432 of 2023 on 16.09.2023.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent police, this criminal original petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid final report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
