2. This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the first respondent, wherein, the cheque signing power of the petitioner has been taken over and handed over to the Block Development Officer. The learned Government Advocate has submitted that the tenure of the petitioner as President has already been expired and hence, the prayer made in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
