The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has not raised serious objection for allowing this application. The petitioners seek for correction of survey numbers through this application.

Earlier, a wrong survey number was mentioned while filing this writ petition. This Court had disposed of the writ petition on 07.04.2026.

In view of no objection stated by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court, being satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, allows this petition as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy to the respective parties.
