O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16416 of 2020 dated 09.11.2020 directing him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M., and 05.30P.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16416 of 2020 dated 09.11.2020, is modified to the effect that the first and second petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Monday at Friday at 10.30A.M., until further orders. The third petitioner has not complied with the orders imposed by this Court. Hence, the modification with respect to the third respondent stands dismissed for the present.

5. It is the direction to the third petitioner shall continue to comply with the conditions regularly in Crl.O.P.No.16416 of 2020 dated 09.11.2020.

6.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
