Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.14569 of 2020 dated 18.09.2020.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.14569 of 2020 dated 18.09.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners are complying with the the conditions. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14569 of 2020 dated 18.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
