Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment in Survey No.152/9B classified as "Road Promboke" in Madhur village and make provision for the SC community people of the said village to go to burial ground in S.No.152/7 of the village.

2. The petitioner seeks direction to remove the encroachment in S.No.152/9B of Madhur Village.

3. The third respondent has filed a status report. It is stated that on 08.09.2023, the Firka Surveyor measured the S.Nos.152/9B

and 152/12B and found no encroachments in the above approached field and road is also constructed by the Rural Development Department.
