PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to defreeze the funds of Rs.10,00,000/- from the petitioner's bank account No.8826210000022844 maintained with the second respondent Bank. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to de-freeze the funds of Rs.10,00,000/- from the petitioner's bank account No.8826210000022844 maintained with the second respondent Bank.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On a perusal of the records, it is seen that the first respondent/Police belonged to Telengana State. Since the first respondent-Police is out of the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court is

not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before appropriate forum in the manner known to law.

4. With the abovesaid direction, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
