C.M.P.No.17790 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.108750 of 2018 SUNDER MOHAN,J.

This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 1391 days in representing above captioned C.M.A as against the Award dated 04.11.2017 made in M.C.O.P.No.979 of 2013 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub-ordinate Court, Tirupattur.

2.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the Legal Services Authority, Chennai. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for with the above cost.

3.On payment of such costs, the Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
