This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6565 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23962 of 2023, dated 17.04.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel and the charge sheet has also been filed.

Hence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6565 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23962 of 2023, dated 17.04.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
