What is challenged in this writ petition is only a show cause notice. The petitioner has also given his reply on 12.01.2010. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage. Suffice it is to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate final orders by considering the reply given by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While passing appropriate orders, the first respondent shall take into consideration the letter of the Accountant General Office, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
wherein it is indicated that other retiral benefits can be paid.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
