(Crime No.648 of 2020) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police twice a day at 10.30 A.M., and 05.30P.M., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14278 of 2020 dated 14.09.2020. ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14278 of 2020 dated 14.09.2020 directing him to report before the respondent police twice in a day at 10.30 A.M., and 05.30 P.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the charge sheet has not been filed, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14278 of 2020 dated 14.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders. 5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
